Time For Good International
Train2Excel Programme (UK)
Train2Excel is a structured mentoring and development programme designed to support individuals who are unemployed or facing barriers to entering work, training, or education. It combines practical training pathways, life skills development, and one to one mentorship to help people rebuild confidence, develop routine, and take meaningful steps toward employment and independence.
The programme is particularly suited to individuals who may feel stuck, lack direction, or have struggled in traditional education or work environments. This includes those who are neurodivergent, such as individuals with ADHD or other learning differences, who benefit from a more supportive, flexible, and understanding approach.
Participants are supported both personally and practically. The focus is not only on skills, but also on stability, structure, and consistent encouragement to move forward. Progress is reviewed regularly through attendance, engagement, and development planning to help individuals stay on track and recognise their growth
Focus areas include:
- Confidence building and self belief
- Communication and social skills
- Emotional resilience and coping strategies
